Thirty-Hours of Scrapbooking

Alanae found out about a cool thirty-hours of non-stop cropping put on by Creative Memories at a hotel in Ogden. We had so much fun, we are thinking of doing it again in the fall.
For every page you completed, you filled out a ticket and got entered into a drawing and you had to be present to win. Alanae was our first table winner. She won in the wee hours of the morning. They had a huge basket that you could pick your prize from. It was a lot of fun. Alanae got this cute little photo album so she could carry pictures of her kids in her purse.

Then I won for a completed page a little while later in the wee hours (well after mid-night) and I selected this package of paper (because I do NOT have enough paper) and may run out.

Sam joined us on Saturday afternoon after she got off work and won in "The Biggest Smile" contest (She has a great smile) and she selected these paper accents

Here I am trying to figure out how to use the Quickkutz machine that I got at the Scrapbook Expo in March. This is not something you want to do after only 2 hours of sleep in 30 hours. My plan was to pre-make a bunch of homemade birthday cards. Just ask Sam this was not a pretty sight, (she was laughing so hard, she was crying) I was so tired and I could not get the dang thing working.

After I finally got it to punch something out after several different attempts, All I got was this one tiny tiny letter. Needless to say, no pre-made, cute fabulous birthday cards (sorry) we made this round.

Here is the three of us (Sam, Me and Alanae) just before going home and we are dog tired!
